small group training

Small Group Training
You’ll receive extensive guidance from a trainer in a group of up to 8 people. The class focuses on strength, endurance, and proper workout techniques. You can find it on our schedule under ‘G.I. Strength’, ‘Workout of the day,’ ‘BBB,’ and ‘G.I. Power Hour.’

To summarize the differences:
GI Strength: In this class, you strength train one muscle group for 1 hour.
workout of the day: This class starts with a few strength exercises and always ends with a 20-minute cardio session
bbb: This class focuses on strength/muscle conditioning for the legs, buttocks, and abs.
GI power hour: Our only full-body training at a slower pace but with a total emphasis on strength.
Hyrox: Hyrox is a fitness competition consisting of 8 stations, where participants alternate between running and performing various strength and conditioning exercises. The training focuses on improving both endurance and strength in preparation for this competition.

The boxing class primarily focuses on teaching the basics through bag training and, if you wish, sparring on pads. Do you want to learn all the moves of boxing and get a good workout? Then this is the class for you!

Kickboxing

In this bag training, we combine kickboxing techniques with an intensive yet enjoyable strength and conditioning workout. To teach all the techniques properly, we use kick and punch pads and punching bags.

FITNESS

In the summer of 2023, all our fitness equipment was replaced with new Matrix machines. You can train at our gym seven days a week. If you want to train your muscles in a peaceful gym, you’ve come to the right place!

Personal training

We have various trainers who offer personal training, all with proper certification. You can let us know your preferences, and we’ll find the trainer who suits you best. 

Team sessions

Are you looking for an active and fun team outing? With us, your group (up to 14 people) can enjoy a boxing or kickboxing team session with our excellent trainer(s). So whether you come with your hockey team or colleagues, feel free to send us a request through our email address! 

Pilates

The Pilates class we offer consists of a group of up to 12 participants, where only your own body resistance is used. Our instructor focuses on proper body posture and mindful breathing. We work on improving posture, stability, and coordination, with a focus on strengthening and stretching muscles to achieve a flexible body. Everyone can participate at their own level.
