Fitness is the most practiced sport in the world and one of the best ways to improve overall fitness. We offer extended opening hours and plenty of space with various fitness machines and free weights for optimal training.
The boxing class primarily focuses on teaching the basics through bag training and, if you wish, sparring on pads. Do you want to learn all the moves of boxing and get a good workout? Then this is the class for you!
In this bag training, we combine kickboxing techniques with an intensive yet enjoyable strength and conditioning workout. To teach all the techniques properly, we use kick and punch pads and punching bags.
If you need an extra push or someone to help you achieve your personal goals, then personal training is for you! Together, we’ll find a trainer who suits you best.
Are you looking for an active and fun team outing? With us, you can come and box or kickbox with a group of up to 14 people under the guidance of our trainer(s). So whether you come with your hockey team or colleagues, everyone can make a request through our email address!
